Refunds, returns and repairs
At HortPod we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase.
We recommend you read our Refund, Return and Repairs Policy prior to making a purchase , so that you are familiar with our policy and your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
We also recommend you immediately inspect any goods that we deliver to you, or that you receive or collect from HortPod, to ensure you are completely satisfied with the goods, including that the goods are of acceptable quality, and match the description we have provided to you.
Change of mind
Refunds are not normally provided where you have simply changed your mind, made a wrong selection or simply found the goods cheaper elsewhere. We recommend you carefully preview your order before adding them to your shopping cart or proceeding to payment.
Goods damaged in transit
If any goods arrive damaged, please take a photo of the damage and contact HortPod as soon as possible. After reviewing the claim, HortPod will contact you to discuss the options available to resolve the issue. In most cases, HortPod will either arrange for the return of the damaged product for replacement or a refund — or a replacement part may be provided where the damage is minor.
Refunds
Refunds will normally be processed by HortPod within 14 days.
Delivery charges
Where HortPod considers the goods to have breached a consumer guarantee, any shipping costs to return the goods to HortPod will be at HortPod cost.
